We hope you love your chain when it arrives! However, if your chain arrives to you damaged, or if there is a defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days, please contact us right away so we can work with you to make it right. Return shipping is on us.

Due to the unique nature of custom jewelry, we are unable to issue a refund for buyer’s remorse. However, there is a full satisfaction guarantee if there is a defect in materials or workmanship. This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, normal wear and tear, or any abuse of the purchased product.
